The House
Beit Meri, reimagined as a table
Perched where the pines of Mount Lebanon meet the first Roman columns of the old hilltop, Beit Meri has always been a place people climbed to, for the air, the view, and the long lunches that turned into evenings.
ONS Dining takes its name from that instinct: ons, the quiet Arabic word for companionship. Our kitchen honours Lebanese cuisine as it was meant to be eaten: course after course, dish passed to dish, nothing rushed.
